One-Hour Rosemary Focaccia Bread
What I found interesting about this bread recipe is that it's baked in a cast iron skillet. I have my grandmother's skillet and I thought it would be a great way to use it. This recipe came from the website Flavor the Moments and it's quite tasty.
Be sure to not over bake it, which I did slightly. I plan to try this again sometime soon. So good with a big pot of soup. The full recipe is on their website or you can download it here.
