Smoked Meat Salad
I know. Smoked meats and salad don't seem to go together. But they do! I used some sliced smoked pork loin, put on top of some torn butterhead lettuce; tossed in some black olives, fresh mozzarella, fresh ground
salt & pepper; then drizzled some White Champaign Vinegar & Tuscan Herb Olive Oil (both from AllSpice) on top. Serve with some crackers or toasted baguette. Great for a quick meal.
This could be fixed in so many different ways, depending on what you have in your fridge. Green olives, chopped ham, other shredded cheeses, pickled beets, radishes, etc. You name it. This recipe is so dang simple and versatile. And so good. Enjoy!
